Data Sutram is looking for an individual who can:

- Manage the entire customer lifecycle with Banks and other financial services entities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Foster strategic partnerships and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


MUST HAVE / MUST KNOW:

1. Opportunity Identification:

Identify potential business opportunities through market research, analysis of industry trends, and customer insights.

Tapping into existing networks and creating new networks for growth.

2. Lead Generation:

Ability to generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.

Build a quality pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relations with key clients and strategic partners.

Understand and address their concerns, preferences and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or expansion.


4. Proposal Development:

Prepare and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients. Customise proposals to address client-specific requirements and showcase the value proposition of the company's products or services.

5. Partnership Development:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with other companies to drive business growth.

Negotiate partnership agreements, assess risks, and develop mutually beneficial collaboration frameworks.

6. Negotiation and Deal Closure:

Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to secure profitable contracts, agreements, or deals.

Ensure terms and conditions are favourable to the company while maintaining strong business relationships.

7. Market Analysis:

Monitor and analyse market trends, competition activities, and industry developments.

Identify emerging opportunities or potential threats and provide insights and recommendations to the team.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Should have worked in business development with a fintech, bureau or enterprise solution/software provider for at least 5 years or more.

Proven sales and account success selling to banks and NBFCs would be crucial for the role.
