Data Sutram is looking for an individual who can:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyse metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.


  • Content Creation: Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to specific platforms and target audiences and should know how to use Canva and a video editing tool (of choice)

  • Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).

  • Trend Awareness: Ability to monitor social media trends, conversations, and user-generated content, and leverage them to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Analytics and Insights: Experience in analysing social media metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media and content marketing.

  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales.
  • Creative Writing: Proficiency in crafting compelling and engaging written content, including articles, blogs, captions, etc.

  • Visual Storytelling: Skill in creating visually appealing content using graphics, images, and videos.

  • Content Ideation: Ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience and align with brand objectives.


Should have 0-3 years of relevant experience.


Experience working with 1 or 2 fintech brands earlier.
