About us
Vyoma is on a mission to solve one of the big issues humanity faces today: the problem of space debris threatening active satellites in orbit. We are building a fleet of space cameras to monitor such space debris. Together with our software suite, we build an accurate catalogue of space objects, automate satellite operations for our customers, and ultimately keep our orbits clean and safe. We are a young and international team of aerospace engineers and software developers, backed by some of the top investors and venture capitalists in Germany.

Your mission
In this role, you will become an integral part of our Business Operations team that supportsthesmooth operations ofVyoma. You haveaunique opportunity to make an impact on the company’s journey toward its first satellite launches.

Yourresponsibilities will include:
  • Managing administrative tasks such as ordering and handling the inventory of office supplies.
  • Ensuring the office is a pleasant and well-equipped environment for our colleagues’ day-to-day operations.
  • Assisting in financial tasks, such as reviewing all invoices for the external accountant.
  • Supporting us in the onboarding of new employees.

Your profile
  • I mportant: Pleaseonly apply if you have a valid working permit in Germany (or the EU).
  • Y our education:a ctively enrolled student in a bachelor’s/master’s university programm such as business administration, management, human ressources management, or a related field.
  • L anguages: f luency both in English and German.
  • T ools: expert-level MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) skills.
  • Y our mindset:a proactive, entrepreneurial personality with strongorganisationalskills and an eye for details. You also enjoy being around people.
