We are looking for talented professionals to plan and execute complex assignments in the development of global products and solutions, with an emphasis on application usability by a large number of office and mobile users.

The ideal candidate will support the larger team by performing the following UX tasks (primarily focusing on research activities, while supporting some design tasks as needed):

  • Collaborate with designers, user researchers, and software developers to ensure the delivery of excellent user experiences
  • Work with UX designers and researchers to organize, conduct, and evaluate prototype software design through usability testing
  • Support the UX team in the development of user models, including journey maps, and workflows
  • Research and evaluate emerging trends in interaction and interface design and match those to users’ needs

  • Learn to communicate with development teams in an agile environment
  • Opportunity to collaborate on a multi-disciplinary UX scrum team
  • Opportunity to improve user research skills
  • Learn how to create, conduct, and evaluate usability tests

  • Pursuing a B.S. or B.A. in Psychology, HCI, or user experience-related field
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work effectively with customers and users
  • Collaborate with designers and prototypers to design and execute usability tests
  • Ability to take direction and process constructive criticism
