Key Responsibilities and Duties or Tasks to be performed

  • Responsible for technical operations related to a specific job in Rajasthan.
  • Provide assistance to Village SHGs in micro-watershed planning and implementation.
  • Assist in monitoring and reviewing project implementation at regular intervals.
  • Assist in Feasibility Study Report preparation.
  • Work under the guidance of the Program Manager in executing the technical aspects in the project area.
  • Contribute towards building WOTRs technical database and documentation.
  • Submission of monthly planners and reports to the Program Manager
  • Preparation of the physical and financial reports of the projects.
  • Support research unit to collect the data for impact study, case study, photo documentation etc.
  • Any other task assigned by the organization from time to time.
  • Reporting to the Program Manager of the region.
  • Operate primarily in project areas, with the exception of documentation tasks, which will be carried out at the Regional Office. In certain cases, one may be required to remain at the Regional Office for extended periods as needed.

Qualification and Skills Required:

  • Graduate or Post graduate in Agriculture Engineering and Civil Engineering or relevant
  • degree as per scope of work
  • Well versed with MS office.
  • Documentation and report writing skills
  • Communication skills in English and Hindi
  • A proven ability to work well with varied groups and as part of a team
  • Experience : 3-8 years of relevant experience
