What's the role?

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between staff, executives, and senior leaders, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from planning and coordinating corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with senior leaders on special projects
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
  • Oversees, collects, and conducts the conversion of data into insights that will lead to informed business decisions
  • Applies methods, processes, algorithms and systems to extract knowledge and insights from many structural and unstructured data sets as they exist today
  • Leads organization-wide benchmarking and Key Performance Indicator analysis
  • Establishes new methods of Key Performance Indicator collection and reporting
  • Evaluates outcomes and identifies the impact and why
  • Defines metrics which determine performance for overall strategy and individual goals within the strategy
  • Synthesizes findings and implications into recommendations for PF Leaders that are understandable by various functions, including senior executives
  • Utilizes available tools to segment data and share that output with appropriate parties
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and project reports to effectively manage project
  • Liaise with functional groups & global stakeholders to prioritize project execution plan, source management & resource availability
  • Manage daily execution of projects to ensure timely delivery with required quality through effective monitoring and control
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Proactively manage change to preserve business plan commitments and ensure timely escalations/mitigations
  • Identify, analyze, and solve problems related to projects, processes and team
  • Coach, mentor and engage project team to develop competencies
  • Ensure adherence to Organizational processes, quality standards and project specifications; and foster a culture of quality and performance
  • Identify actions/opportunities for continual improvements and support positive change management
  • Ensure timely and appropriate employee performance management and evaluation

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a business administration, finance, or economics , or relevant experience
  • MBA desired.
  • Combination of educational qualification and work experience can be considered for equivalence
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills, confident in all settings with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Experience in analytical role involving:
  • Developing and presenting analyses and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to thrive in a large organization
  • Proven understanding of technology and work process flows
  • Advanced computer skills and excellent knowledge of business software applications such as MS Project/Open Workbench and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to collaborate with internal/external groups for effective problem resolution
  • Good Process orientation skills with self-initiative to drive continual improvements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated analytical abilities
  • The ability to work both independently and within teams
  • Experience with data cleansing and manipulation
  • Comfort with learning new skills and analytical tools
  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel required (for example: using lookup functions and/or creating a pivot table)
  • Advanced level skill translating concepts into compelling visuals and Microsoft PowerPoint slides
  • Desired familiarity with relational databases a plus (e.g., Power BI, SQL) Familiarity with data visualization tools a plus (e.g., Qlik, Tableau)
