  • Implementing security measures, including hardening of systems, configuration of IIS, load balancers, and proxies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ArcGIS Enterprise with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Lead documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures specific to ArcGIS Enterprise and associated infrastructure.

What does your role entail?

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining systems infrastructure to support ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and webgisdr deployments.
  • Collaborating with various teams to architect and deploy high-availability and scalable ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
  • Configuring and managing ArcGIS deployments and ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Conducting capacity planning, load testing, and performance tuning for ArcGIS Enterprise systems.
  • Performing enterprise system health assessments to identify and resolve issues affecting performance and stability.
  • Lead documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures specific to ArcGIS Enterprise and associated infrastructure.

What experience is required?

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a focus on ArcGIS Enterprise and associated infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture and components, including ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Data Store.
  • Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro deployment and configuration.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure components such as IIS, load balancers, proxies, and related technologies.
  • Experience with capacity planning, load testing, and performance tuning for enterprise GIS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Esri Technical Certifications (e.g. ArcGIS Enterprise Administration) are preferred.
