The impact you'll make

  • You will focus on business as a starting point for professional HR help and support
  • Build people management skills (based on needs)
  • Execute the general people processes and cycles. And using people data to create a feedback culture
  • Help the teams to understand their needs in becoming and staying high performing and how to get there (goal setting, reflecting).
  • Help the teams to deal effectively with change (transitioning to activity-based working, changes in structures, etc
  • Help to create a team environment that is psychologically safe and therefore in which people are speaking up, discussing, sharing different viewpoints, and constructively work towards a common goal. This also involved mediating when needed.
  • Stimulating individual team member growth and career planning as well as mobility by identifying needs and addressing these

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years’ HR or consultancy experience and a proven track record of supporting and coaching teams to higher performance and building line manager competence and confidence to motivate the teams to deliver their best
  • The mindset and confidence needed to take ownership and feel accountable
  • The ability to Influence others (inspiring, convincing, selling, knowledge)
  • Passion for and experience with growing others (multiplying)
  • Curiosity about oneself, about others, about the world/business
  • Impact (on people, products, outcome)
  • A strong focus on collaboration (self-awareness on how you relate to others but also the experience on how to improve collaboration)
