We're on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our global technical support team. If you're passionate about application support, mobile app development, and possess a strong foundation in full stack development, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Application Support:
  • Provide exceptional support for our diverse range of applications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Mobile App Development Support:
  • Demonstrate expertise in mobile app development, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  • Assist customers with mobile-specific issues and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Full Stack Development:
  • Utilize your full stack development skills to address a wide array of technical challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of new features and improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Engage with customers professionally and empathetically.
  • Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Priority Handling:
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
  • Handle escalations with poise, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Who are you?

Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong knowledge of application support methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience in mobile app development for various platforms: Android, iOS or flutter
  • Full stack development expertise is highly desirable: front- and backend development experience.
  • Programming languages: Java or any other OO languages
  • Knowledge on JavaScript development with modern frameworks like angular, react etc.
  • Knowledge on cloud services, e.g., AWS and its tooling is beneficial.
  • Customer-Centric:
  • Comfortable working directly with customers to understand and address their needs.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Adaptability:
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development and product management.

Additional Requirements (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
