Position Description:

LeoStella is looking for an experienced senior project manager with a strong background in flight software development and embedded systems, including planning software releases, development of new functional capabilities, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting during on-orbit operations. This senior project manager will act as the software product owner, leading and managing internal software product baselines and updates and ensuring deliveries of verified software for avionics, power, propulsion, communications, and varying payload subsystems. You will support specific software needs for our cross-program portfolio including development and production programs from vehicle proposals through serial production of spacecraft. The ideal candidate will thrive on leading teams of software and system engineers, technicians, and others, from pre-contract and specification to delivery of production satellites at scale.
