About Our Team DroneDeploy.org supports a global community in nonprofits, crisis response, and education with cutting-edge tools that enable them to make a difference. Our team empowers these change-makers with reality capture technology so they can tackle issues like improving health outcomes , building a diverse workforce , and combatting deforestation . You will be the second team member on our small but mighty impact team with a unique opportunity to shape its future. You will be in a customer-facing role, serving as our customer’s trusted advisor, product expert, and advocate. You will have strong support from our Customer Success and Sales team to ensure you accomplish your goals and gain mentorship. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, possesses a strong background in a customer-facing role, and is passionate about making a difference. Role Overview:
  • In this role, you’ll report to the Sr. Social Impact Program Manager and will be responsible for account management and renewals, and have the opportunity to take ownership of our product impact strategy. This role can be a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster meaningful positive relationships with social impact accounts to enhance product impact within their organizations.
  • Monitor accounts to identify churn risks and proactively work towards increasing account health across the social impact customer base.
  • Identify new sales opportunities as well as account expansion opportunities, working cross-functionally to ensure successful closes.
  • Develop a mastery of DroneDeploy solutions and Customer Success best practices to guide social impact partners in innovative applications of our platform for good.
  • Act as the social impact product liaison, driving purpose-driven innovation through strengthened collaborations between customers and internal teams.
  • Elevate the work and voice of our social impact partners to showcase their positive contributions and impact within the community.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B role as an Account Executive, Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or other client-facing roles
  • Able to travel up to 20% of the time for customer onsites
  • Work Hours | able to work Monday - Friday, with overlap of PST Time Zone
  • Work Location | 100% remotely from home
  • Travel | available to travel domestically and internationally occasionally for work-related events such as conferences, company in-person gatherings, pieces of training
Bonus Skills, Experience, Interests
  • Strong understanding of and ability to empathize with the unique challenges faced by social impact partners.
  • Background in Government, NGO, Nonprofit, or Education a plus
  • Background in GIS or photogrammetry a plus
  • Proven track record in growing positive customer relationships and delivering results
  • You are comfortable (end enjoy!) rapid-paced startup environments where many hats are to be worn
  • Passion for social impact and a deep understanding of its significance in the corporate world.
