In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by spending time with our customers and connecting the technical and business worlds.

You will have the unique chance to be part of the emerging of the drone industry and transforming the way industries and users acquire data faster, larger and more often to support sustainability challenges mapping glaciers, volcanoes and oceans; industry transformations enabling digital twins of large assets such as solar farms, dams, counting threes in forests or reducing the waste created by enabling digital construction and mining.

Responsibilities

  • Leading part of Wingtra’s product portfolio end-to-end management together with the design, development and marketing team from product discovery to lifecycle management
  • Build up in-depth understanding of our ‘target customer’ segments and their needs through market research and customer interactions (remote and in-person)
  • Gathering and analysing all market, competition data and future trends to build up in-depth understanding of our ‘target customer’ segments and their needs including attending trade shows and customer visits, working with the regional teams and partners to validate and input marketplace product data
  • Working together with the VP of Products & Marketing supporting and managing product launches to ensure business opportunities are identified and maximised based on the needs of our users globally, collaborating on pricing & bundling to maximise efficiency to achieve our financial targets
  • You will work closely to be the link to ensure alignment with the Go-To-Market plan by partnering with our PMM the C-Suite, Product peers and Sales & Customer Success teams as well as participating in major industry presentations, milestones and launches

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 5 years Product Management experience, ideally including hardware and software products introductions
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven track record to learn fast and adapt to a broad variety of tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working as an integrator, managing multiple functional and regional stakeholders
  • Approx. 30% International travel


Plus

  • Several years of experience working with product involving hardware and software
  • Previous experience with technologies such as UAS, LIDAR, Photogrammetry, AI
  • Working in an indirect go to market
  • Existing network in industries like construction, GIS, AEC, surveying, mining, land management
  • Experience in leading the product vision, strategy and go-to-market strategy discussions
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, or marketing for an enterprise product
  • Scale-up experience in a central role
  • Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders without direct authority
