This technology has been expanded for professional flight simulation and serves the entire industry, from Jetfighter and Helicopter pilots to captains in civil aviation. We kicked off in 2020 and have secured $35 million in series A funding from a lineup of top US and European investors, among which Microsoft M12, Point72 Ventures, Maxar, In-Q-Tel, SAFRAN, and ISAI/Capgemini.

We are searching for a Vice President for Flight Simulation to spearhead the sales of our cutting-edge visual solutions for our global Flight Simulation Business. Your responsibilities span the civil/commercial and defense sectors, including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (E-VTOLs). In addition to classical Full Flight Simulator (FFS) pilot training, you will collaborate with the Product Manager to pioneer new business cases such as mission simulation and Computer-Based Training (CBT), leveraging your expertise to anticipate evolving industry demands.

In this dynamic role, you will harness your extensive network with Ministries of Defense (MOD), Airlines, Approved Training Organizations (ATO's), Regulators, and Training Device Manufacturers (TDM's) to drive sales in both existing and emerging markets. You will also build and lead a global team of external agents to increase our market impact.

With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you excel in identifying and seizing new opportunities, demonstrating prowess in aggressively driving sales closures. Your commitment to excellence extends beyond closing deals, as you collaborate with customer success teams to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • Significant experience in B2B/B2G strategic sales and/or investment goods
  • Well-developed network in Europe and/or Americas for the targeted customer base
  • Structured and self-driven personality
  • Relentless pursuit of new clients and markets
  • Relationship builder
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Commercial competence (contracts, legal, calculations...)
  • Ability to travel worldwide as needed

Nice to have

  • Experience in Aviation/Defense industry

In accordance with Austrian legislation, we are disclosing the minimum remuneration fixed for this position by the Austrian IT collective agreement: 66.654,--€ gross per year. The effective salary depends on qualification and experience and may be significantly higher.
