Responsibilities And Duties

  • Managing a team of product managers responsible for our Spatial Analytics products throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Provides team leadership through communication, and coordination of cross functional teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Assist and coach the team in employing user-centric product design to deliver best-in-class user experience.
  • Collaborate with our cloud partners (AWS, Google, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) to ensure we offer the best solutions on top of their platforms.
  • Responsible for planning, business performance, life cycle management, and P&L management of the product portfolio.
  • Care about what the team is building, the quality of what is being shipped to the end-user, and maintain an unrivaled product documentation.
  • Collaborate with other product teams to identify and develop shared functionality usable across the Data Integrity Suite, both in Precisely’s cloud and in customer’s hybrid cloud environments.
  • Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business.
  • Make evidence-based decisions and communicate them to the rest of the company. Be a proactive communicator that is customer and data-centric and can convey the meaningfulness of what we build to the broader team.
  • Evangelist and champion for product portfolio.

Requirements And Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Marketing role.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high performing product management teams.
  • Experience managing the implementation of enterprise-ready products: from onboarding and discovery experiences for different user profiles to features such as Single Sign-On, roles and permissions, SLA, deployment methods, audit logs, compliance, etc.
  • Experience working with data & analytics platforms such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS Redshift and/or Databricks.
  • Experience developing products for customer cloud native environments based on microservices-based architectures (e.g. Docker & Kubernetes).
  • You are a self-starter and have the leadership skills required to guide a team towards launching successful products and features.
  • Bonus points for experience working with Business Analytics, Data Science and/or enterprise software.
  • Sharp, analytical and a passion for understanding customers’ needs and the most efficient way to solve them.
  • Consummate team player who possesses a start-up mentality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in front of clients and internal executives.
  • You are able to prioritize and help your team prioritize problems to tackle based on business needs and provide a transparent picture of the project status to stakeholders.
  • You have a bias for action. You can work through complex situations and ambiguity to bring order to the most complicated projects.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
