ICEYE is building and operating its commercial constellation of small Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites with SAR data available to customers. Our satellites acquire images of Earth at any time - even when it's cloudy or dark - providing commercial and government partners with unmatched persistent monitoring capabilities. Information derived from our SAR images helps customers make data-driven decisions to address time-critical challenges in various sectors, such as maritime, disaster management, insurance, and finance.

What will you do in this role?

In this role, you will be supporting the daily operations of the Sales Team, our CEO, and our Office Manager.

Sales Administration tasks:

  • Organizing internal and external sales meetings
  • Organizing ICEYE's presence at large domestic events
  • Participating & supporting the local tender processes
  • Conducting basic researches per request
  • Preparing simple reports and analysis
  • Coordinating marketing and promotional materials supply
  • Other sales-related daily operation tasks

Office Administration tasks:

  • Assisting in premises maintenance; addressing facilities inquiries
  • Organizing small internal events
  • Overseeing office supplies stock
  • Ordering groceries for the office kitchens
  • Cooperation with Suppliers
  • Other office administration related tasks

Requirements

Required:

  • Preferably a Master's degree student or graduate
  • Curiosity or interest in the space sector
  • Attention to detail and flexibility
  • Ability to manage your tasks effectively in a changing environment
  • Capability to prepare official written communications accurately in Polish and English
  • Good, practical knowledge of MS Office, GSuite
  • Fluency in English and Polish (both verbal and written)

Preferred:

  • Experience in an administrative position
  • Curiosity and learning mindset
  • Additional language will be an asset (Spanish, Finnish, Ukrainian or other)
