Wir suchen eine/*n Vertriebsadministrator/*in (flexible Arbeitszeit und teilweise Remote möglich) für unser wachsendes Team in Berlin, Deutschland.

Sie werden für die administrative Unterstützung des EMEA-Vertriebsteams verantwortlich sein und eng mit der Buchhaltung, mit Sitz in der Schweiz, zusammenarbeiten.

Responsibilities

Rechnungsstellung, Logistik und Auftragsabwicklung

  • Bearbeitung von Angeboten, Aufträgen, Rechnungen und Zahlungen
  • Erledigung von Verwaltungsaufgaben wie Dokumentenbearbeitung, Dateiverwaltung und andere Büroarbeiten für das Vertriebsteam.
  • Verwalten von Lieferantenregistrierungen und Unternehmensprofilen.
  • Produktversand und Abfertigung von Waren für den Export
  • Abgleich von Rechnungen, Konten und Zahlungen mit der Buchhaltung in der Schweiz.
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei allgemeinen Aufgaben.

Requirements

  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung bei der Unterstützung von Vertriebsteams oder der Buchhaltung.
  • Idealerweise auch Erfahrung in der Logistik.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit neuen Technologien
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tabellenkalkulationen (Excel oder Google Sheets)
  • Teamplayer/*in

Description

We are looking for a Sales Administrator (flexible working time and partial remote work possible) to join our growing team in Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the EMEA sales team and will collaborate with Pix4D’s finance team in the HQ in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

Invoicing, Logistics and Order Fulfillment

  • Process quotes, orders, invoices and payments
  • Perform administrative duties such as document handling, file management and other clerical tasks for the sales team.
  • Manage vendor registrations and business profiles.
  • Product shipments and clearing goods for export
  • Reconcile invoices, accounts and payments with the Pix4D Finance team in Switzerland.
  • Support the sales team with general operations to help achieve the team's objectives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in supporting Sales teams or accounting teams.
  • Ideally, experience in logistics too.
  • Being at ease with new technologies
  • Experienced in using spreadsheets (Excel or Google sheets)
  • A strong commitment to collaboration
  • Proficient in German and English, written and spoken.
