About the Role

This exciting new opportunity at Esri Australia puts you at the forefront of establishing and developing our credentialing program. You'll play a pivotal role in defining, building, and launching innovative GIS/Esri technology credentials, bridging the gap between Esri Australia, universities, and industry. You will be responsible for:

1. Spearheading the credentialing program journey:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and partners.
  • Define and implement the program roadmap, ensuring alignment with Esri's product roadmap and leveraging shared resources.
  • Develop and launch the first set of credentials, catering to client needs.
  • Establish infrastructure and processes for credential delivery, access, testing, and results validation.

2. Ensuring long-term success:

  • Build and plan for the program's continuous growth and evolution, driving its adoption and impact.
  • Track and measure credential uptake, utilizing data to optimize program effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and improve program processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Define and monitor business goals, keeping stakeholders informed on progress.

3. Promoting industry-wide collaboration:

  • Foster strong relationships with universities, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Develop valuable tools and resources to support credential rollout and program development.

About You

You are a motivated Program Manager, able to spearhead the development and expansion of our Industry Skills frameworks, education programs, and university-to-industry pathways. Your ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organizations, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience in program development and implementation will set you us for success. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

1. Strong credentials:

- Learning design or credential development, ideally with experience in vocational, university, or professional settings (Formal qualification preferred),

- Experience with Adult learning principles (preferably a degree or higher),

- Exposure to e-learning content design and development and/or Blended learning models across diverse industries and verticals,

- Experience with aligning learning programs to industry standards and measuring their impact.

2. Proven track record in: Strategising, developing, and expanding industry skills frameworks and educational programs. Building effective pathways for university graduates to transition smoothly into the workforce.

3. Excellent communication skills: written and verbal, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.

4. Organisational prowess: adept at prioritizing tasks and navigating complex situations within tight deadlines.

5. Quality and innovation champion: dedicated to continuous improvement and driving creative solutions.

6. You must hold full-time, permanent working rights in Australia .

7. Your attitude and behaviour must align with Esri Australia's core values .

Bonus points for:

- Experience with Agile or project management methodologies.

- Knowledge of the GIS/Esri technology landscape
