Key Accountabilities -

The Production Manager is responsible for facilitating timely production and data processing through effective team management, resource planning, and scheduling. This will include active project tracking, efficiency monitoring for both workflows and operators, and report generation/presentation. This role will highlight production needs and flag issues affecting project delivery to global parties, as reported by Delivery Leads and Team Leads. S/he will be expected to promote a positive work environment, demonstrate leadership values, ensure implementation of QHSSE, and collaborate with global stakeholders on business growth initiatives.

  • Manage concurrent projects from all geographies (AMER, APAC, EUAF & MEI)
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets for assigned projects
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Ensure on time project deliveries as per agreed quality and within scope and budget
  • Monitor production to identify risk and resolve issues
  • Identify the resource requirements for assigned project
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation as per project requirements
  • Prepare and maintenance real-time resource planning tracker
  • Ensure 85% resources utilization and avoid idle hours
  • Lead and manage Delivery Leaders & Team Leaders
  • Engage with personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring
  • Take ownership of critical escalations and resolve through effective communication
  • Collaborate with other internal departments for information and support
  • Conduct 1 1 sessions with DLs/TLs to provide feedback and maximize their potential
  • Create a healthy work environment for all, empowering the team with task delegation and ownership
  • Enforce health and safety precautions
  • Create a positive, collaborative, communicative, innovative, and efficient work culture.
  • Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels
  • Liaise with stakeholders to formulate objectives and understand requirements
  • Provide accurate and regular reports to management on production performance

Qualification And Skill Requirements

  • Graduate/ Post-Graduate, preferably in geoinformatics
  • Familiar with tools used for geo-data processing like ArcGIS, MicroStation, Terra
  • Familiar with Imagery and LiDAR Data processing
  • Background in geospatial data processing and management
  • Experience of handling large Data Operations in a matrix environment
  • Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude
