Your Impact at SAM

  • Develop and implement portfolio management strategies to effectively prioritize and allocate resources across multiple projects
  • Plan, execute, and monitor the projects to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints
  • Collaborate with project managers, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Monitor project performance and key metrics, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Provide guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure alignment with their expectations and requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to support business development efforts and secure future opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities, including budgets, schedules, and contracts
  • Participate in planning and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency

What You Bring to SAM

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholders
