The Partner Ops manager will be responsible for the support and implementation of partner and channel programs at 3-GIS. This role will directly support new and existing partners of 3-GIS. Operating and managing the partner program to ensure efficient, scalable, and successful partners is the priority of the Partner Ops Manager. Creating and reviewing current program practices and processes to ensure proper support and success of 3-GIS partners will also be a main area of focus for the Partner Ops Manager. To be successful the Partner Ops Manager should have experience in creating and implementing partner management programs and a proven track record of ensuring partner and company success. This is a work-from-home role.

Job Duties

  • Partner Onboarding
    • Overseeing the onboarding process, which includes contract negotiations, legal agreements, and aligning partner expectations with company objectives.
  • Partner Certification
    • Manage and maintain the partner certification courses and process.
  • Relationship Management
    • Acting as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
    • Conducting regular meetings and check-ins to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Deal Registration and Opportunity Tracking
    • Tracking partner performance against predefined key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
    • Manage deal registration process and opportunity tracking in salesforce.
  • Collaboration
    • Coordinating cross-functional efforts between internal teams and partners to ensure successful joint projects or campaigns.
    • Promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption between the partner and the company.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks or issues in partner processes.
    • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of partner operations.
  • Communication and Enablement
    • Establish a process that provides partners with necessary training, resources, and documentation to effectively promote and sell the company's products or services.
    • Communicating updates, changes, and important information to partners in a timely manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Managing financial aspects of partner relationships, including revenue sharing, commissions, and invoicing.
    • Monitoring and reporting on financial performance related to partnerships.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Generating regular reports and analysis on partner performance, which can be used to make data-driven decisions and refine partnership strategies.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in partner operations or a similar role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Financial acumen related to partner relationships.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaborative efforts.
  • Legal and contract negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of partner certification processes and best practices.
  • Consistently detail-oriented, organized, and quality-focused.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate issues and potential solutions effectively.
  • Ability to adjust working hours to support meetings/presentations for sales opportunities worldwide.
  • This role may require up to 25% or more travel
