What's the role?

The HERE Partner Program, following the Partner Journey, is designed for Partners to be Recruited, Onboarded, Activated, and Enabled by HERE.

This role is integral to the Activation segment, collaborating with Partners on joint marketing initiatives such as co-branded campaigns, events, webinars, and content creation. You ensure a consistent brand representation and align marketing efforts with mutual goals. Communication with Partners and Partner Account Managers is key through newsletters, webinars, or updates on the Partner Portal, ensuring Partners are informed and engaged.

  • Drive the Partner activation strategy, advising Partners on co-marketing efforts, and providing insights into HERE marketing campaign methods.
  • Create and update the co-marketing campaigns and templates in the Marketing Portal. Support Partner Activation events and Partner Awards, collaborating with regional marketing teams for execution.
  • Manage and promote the Marketing Incentive Program, recommending its use to eligible Partners as part of the planning process.
  • Train and advise internal and external stakeholders on co-marketing tactics available through the Marketing Incentive Program, Portal functionalities, and program incentives.
  • Track and report on Partner co-marketing activities resulting from the Marketing Incentive, ROI, lead generation, and overall activities, with an emphasis on defining and automating this process.
  • Own the Partner Portal (front- and backend) and act as the main admin and point of contact, enhancing functionalities and working with our supplier to keep it up to date.
  • Coordinate with marketing and content creation functions to regularly update content and collateral.
  • Plan and create internal and external Partner communication.

Who are you?

To be successful in this role, you possess the following skills, abilities, and experience:

  • (Master) degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • up to 5 years of meaningful experience in channel marketing and/or partner sales support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused professional attitude.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Salesforce, Office, and Zift skills are required; knowledge of tools such as Marketo, Workfront, Photoshop is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with (senior) internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced business.
  • Passion for delivering results and building trust with senior leaders.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivate, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload.
