Are you an experienced marketing and communications leader who loves building and executing innovative B2B marketing campaigns? Are you a dynamic personality that can be both the architect and implementor of regional strategy, demand generation activities, market planning, comprehensive communications plans, sales enablement? If so HERE Technologies has the opening for you. We are currently hiring a Marketing Lead role for South East Asia based in our Singapore office.

In this role, you will be responsible for all marketing and communications activities within the South East Asia Region. You will work closely with Sales leadership to drive specific plans and ensure best-practice alignment across the rest of APAC, while enabling local optimization and impact. As part of a matrixed organization, you will be interacting with sales, strategic marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, digital marketing among others.

Your responsibilities include meeting regional shared KPI’s with both the Global Marketing teams and Regional Sales Organization. Your function in this role is to manage programs that directly impact these shared KPI’s and incorporate and encourage key stakeholder feedback.


  • Execute or enable lead generation activities that build awareness, drive demand, create and nurture leads, and build and accelerate pipeline all while maintaining alignment to the positioning and messaging set by Central Marketing team.
  • Regional field marketing tactics include customer and industry events, webinars, co-marketing with industry associations, e-mail nurturing, case study creation and distribution, ABM (Account based Marketing), partner marketing, social media, and more.
  • Maintain a deep cross-functional partnership with the regional sales team, lead development team, peer regional marketing leads, and the broader global marketing teams. Establishing clear communication, alignment, and trust with these groups will be critical to success.
  • Enable and manage localized marketing and communications plans including high touch marketing events and programs that increase awareness of HERE, generate quality pipeline, move prospects and customers through the sales cycle, and build customer intimacy.
  • Expand partner marketing activities, through co-marketing initiatives with existing partners as well as acquiring new partners in the region.
  • Represent the larger Marketing and Communications team within South East Asia.
  • Enable and coordinate with the Global/Regional Communications and Industry Analyst Relations teams within their assigned region.
  • Measure, analyze, and report the impact and results of all Marketing and Communications activities and programs to stakeholders and the regional leadership team.
  • Contribute a regionally focused view of the targeted Ideal Customer Profile through account segmentation and detailed understanding of the buying process.
  • Build the HERE brand and develop brand affinity to achieve a tangible lift in brand attributes among the target audience. Position HERE as a leader in the specific industry space through the deployment and management of Regional initiatives.

Who are you?

You have a strong foundation in marketing and communications strategies within South East Asia, including developing customer-centric marketing planning and execution . You are able to work with regional and HQ resources to develop and implement effective regional plans that support lead and revenue generation, sales support/enablement, event and webinar management, and general communications (both external/internal). You will be the primary marketing contact within the South East Asia region and regional sales team and leaders, including regular participation in sales team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions.

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in a B2B organization,preferably software or in IT services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business or related fields
  • Knowledge and prior work experience in the South East Asia market and ability to manage communication with customers/partners/agencies within South East Asia
  • Experience in go-to-market planning and execution across multiple marketing channels
  • 5+ years working within a matrixed organization – both remote and on-site
  • Ability to think critically and make optimization decision based on data analytics
  • Deep expertise and experience in B2B SaaS (or similar high volume, high velocity markets).
  • Previous background or experience in the Mapping and Location Services Industry is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines and objectives
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, especially to support events on-site
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of another regional language is a plus.
