Job Scope :

End to end responsibility for customer’s Service Request per Change Management Process, including project management tasks (liaising with 3rd parties, scheduling, execution of planned change request), customer single point of contact for assigned project. Technical validation and preparation of the change request (configuration script), execution of the change during scheduled window, testing & troubleshooting, root cause analysis, producing technical documentation

Project administration & data processing in internal tooling (multiple applications, dBs, tools)


Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Technical validation and preparation of the change request (configuration script)
  • Order Management and client coordination
  • Execute MACD's - Implementation of the change during scheduled window
  • Testing & troubleshooting, root cause analysis
  • Producing technical documentation
  • Project administration & data documenting in internal tooling (multiple applications, dBs, tools)
