We are seeking a (Junior/Regular) Project Manager to join our team and oversee IT projects for clients in the Public Safety domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex project management within the IT industry, as well as strong communication skills in English, Dutch or/and French.


  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals and requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and objectives.
  • Coordinate project resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and third-party contractors, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and obstacles.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and inquiries.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and inform future project delivery.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in complex project management within the IT sector, and ideally the wider public safety ecosystem. .
  • Strong communication skills in English, Dutch or/and French, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.
