Intro And Job Overview

Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. This is an 12-week program that begins July 1st and concludes September 30th. The Product Operations Intern will work closely with the CPO team.

The intern will report to the Product Operations Manager and work closely with our team members in Poland, as well as US. The internship will allow to learn our standard processes and deep dive into operational overheads of our Product Managers. Finding some bottlenecks and potential improvements will be the biggest challenge and duty of this role.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Working on the RFP database and updating the library
  • Creating a RACI matrix for some of our areas

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Solid English communication skills (B2 level, ideally a Business English Certificate)
  • Excellent skills in remote collaboration tools (MS Teams, MS Outlook, Sharepoint)
  • Good understanding of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Previous work experience in Operations, finance or controlling will be considered a plus
