    • Lead Generation: You will drive opportunity pipelines through lead follow-up, prospecting and upselling of existing accounts, in accordance with an area sales strategy. You will convert generated leads to close sales either directly or by passing the lead to the outside sales team
    • Customer Success: You will support the customer renewal process by contacting customers, reviewing existing and new product solutions, and building relations to enable a long-term customer relationship
    • Sales Support: You will build and record opportunity pipelines in CRM, assist the outside sales team in conducting product demonstrations and introducing new products, and participate in customer sales calls as needed We'd love to see:
      • Post-secondary education in Agribusiness, General Business, Marketing or other related field
      • 1 year experience in a sales or customer service role
      • Strong time management and prioritization skills
      • A drive to succeed, and the ability to build relationships in a virtual environment
