Job Description

As we expand, we are seeking an experienced and seasoned Human Resources Manager to be at the heart of building and defining our company culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about playing a central role in employee experience, shaping the company's values, and promoting an inclusive workplace from the ground up.


  • Create, implement, and revamp HR strategies and initiatives that align with the startup’s vision and business goals.
  • Cultivate a positive and innovative company culture that supports our values and business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain visionary talent.
  • Develop flexible HR policies and practices that accommodate rapid changes and promote scalability.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring open communication and resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Lead performance management processes that reflect our company’s values and drive high performance.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while maintaining budget considerations.
  • Organize and oversee staff training and development programs that support employee growth and company needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations concerning employment.


  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of how to build and maintain company culture.
  • Experience with various HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage shifting priorities and the ability to handle uncertainty.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
