Position overview :

As an HR Specialist at Outsight, you will be a key member of the HR team, whose mission is clear: continue to hire the best employees and provide them with the best working environment to drive our company's strategic goals and growth.

What will be your responsibilities ?

Own the excellent delivery of operational HR lifecycle in different countries where Outsight is present from onboarding to offboarding including immigration processes, preparation of appropriate paperwork, management of benefits or implementation of processes.

Support our payroll team to ensure the enrollment of benefits in France and abroad.

Handle HR Operations in sync with local partners to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Manage relationships with newly hired candidates, our People, and local managers to ensure smooth, efficient, and friendly dialogue.

Participate in the strengthening of our HR Operations, understanding what matters to our People, and ensure our function is high-performing.

Handle in autonomy the recruitment of our more Junior profiles (Intern and permanent role)

What are the requirements for the role?

3+ years progressive experience in an HR Operations role

Full proficiency in French and English

Experience handling HR documentation in France and abroad

Good knowledge in Excel spreadsheets is a plus

Project management skills

Problem-solving enthusiasm: you go beyond identifying issues or challenges and focus on how to address them

Team player and great communication skills across languages and cultures with an ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of the organization
