Job Overview

As the HR Organization and Operations Manager, reporting directly to the Director of HR Global Operations, you will be responsible for providing strategic support and guidance in the design and improvement of HR strategies and processes to lead the transformation of the operations. You will also play a crucial role in project management of key transformation streams, data analytics, budgeting analysis, design of reward frameworks and analysis of labor cost, and upgrade of operating systems.

A strong collaboration with Finance, Strategy, Operations, and IT teams will be essential for achieving excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Process Strategy and Design

  • Act as a PM to design, develop, implement, and maintain HR workflows and processes to drive the company to excellence.
  • Design and develop inter-functional workflows, to facilitate synergies among different teams involved in HR processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to address system-related issues and improvements.

Operational Excellence

  • Master budgeting, forecasting, and labor cost analysis and trends.
  • Develop forecasting models to support budgeting and resource planning in partnership with Finance and Sales Strategy teams.
  • Prepare strategic dashboards to be presented to Corporate Management and Board of Directors.

HR Operations, Reward, Organization

  • Develop and maintain HR reporting mechanisms for key metrics and analytics.
  • Support the evolution of the reward/incentive model, in partnership with the Business function.
  • Support the evolution of organizational architecture, processes, and systems.
  • Rework and collect data to create a virtuous storytelling and enable strategic decisions.

Requirements and Skills

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, organization, strategy, or similar roles in a large corporate setting, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proven experience in HR data and analytics, reward, labor cost, and project management.
  • Mental agility to adapt to a growing and demanding business environment.
  • Strong business acumen and capacity to interact with stakeholders at different levels within the organization (PE backed).
  • Superb interpersonal skills and can-do attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools and data visualization.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (C1 level or above).
  • Passion for Saas, technology, and transformation is welcome.
