Job Description

As an HR Digital and Systems Project Lead, you will work closely with the HR Digital & Systems Director and other HR and IT teams to optimize our HR systems and processes, ensuring they meet the current and future needs of our business. You will also play a key role in communicating with our workforce, creating and delivering engaging and informative messages and materials.

Responsibilities And Essential Functions

  • Be the go-to person for all things HR systems. Provide support and guidance to HR staff and end users. Train them on how to use the systems effectively and efficiently. Support change management activities, coordinating HR-related training sessions and initiatives.
  • Work with HR and IT teams to plan and execute system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations. Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance user experience and satisfaction. Ensure system functionality, usability, and compliance are maintained and tested.
  • Protect our HR data to comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Implement and monitor access controls, data retention policies, and audit trails. Conduct data audits and document validation procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Maintain quick reference guides and training materials to document changes and updates to our systems and best practices. Communicate them clearly and timely to stakeholders through various channels.
  • Work with the HR Leadership team to draft, publish, and distribute global and local HR messages, newsletters, document templates, and reference materials.
  • Create and distribute engaging and informative internal content across various channels, such as newsletters, intranet, social media, and webinars
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of HR communications and solicit feedback from employees and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other HR functions and business units to ensure alignment and consistency of HR messages and branding


  • Previous experience working in multiple HR domains (recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, learning and development), preferably in a global environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, human resources, business administration, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant work experience in HR project management.
  • Certifications in HR, HRIS systems or relevant technology platforms are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented with confidence navigating multiple priorities.
  • Ability to analyze, simplify and explain complex concepts, to encourage a growth mindset and to foster alignment in processes and solutions with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; prior Workday experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and media
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions
  • A team player attitude, with the ability to work well with others and build positive relationships
