We’re on the hunt for a motivated and talented Engineering Student in our Thermal Analysis department at our Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue office. This is a 4 month mandate (with a possibility of 8 months) starting in May 2024.

Overall the successful candidate would be treated similar to a new graduate joining our company, where tasks will be assigned relative to the level of schooling and experience achieved to date.

Under the supervision of a seasoned expert, the successful candidate will create and solve thermal models of satellite subsystems using notably the Nx/Space-System-Thermal software.


As our Engineering Student , you will:

  • Calculate temperature distributions and heat fluxes in space antennas and electronic equipment;
  • Recommend modifications to designs based on thermal analyses;
  • Select the appropriate thermal protections;
  • Generate analysis reports in order to demonstrate that the subsystems comply to their requirements;
  • Generate thermal test procedures or reports.

Experience And Skills Required

  • Have completed 90 credits of a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering before the beginning of the internship with a general average better than 3,2/4.0;
  • Demonstrate a sense of initiative.

Desirable Skills

  • Course in Finite Element Analysis successful completed;
  • Knowledge of Nx software;
  • Bilingual.
