DTAC (Data Test and Activation) Operations Support:


Job Scope:

The DTAC Support is responsible for providing support for Service Activation and technical assistance for ADI domestic and Global customers


Key Responsibilities:


  • DTAC Support will be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and assisting in the implementation of ADI service activations.
  • This role also requires design, implement, and maintain automated processes and scripts that enhance operational efficiency.
  • This role also involves working on a variety of network technologies such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, MPLS, routing & switching protocols which is deploying for the business customers all around the globe.
  • Support the current demand for network changes and new installations from our business customers. Perform network engineering tasks related to planning, implementation, operation and maintenance of new or existing network hardware or software products/systems.
  • DTAC Support have a high level of skills on WAN technologies, customer router solutions, backbone device configurations, and tools and systems that support the end-to-end WAN circuits. The DTAC Support directs all troubleshooting actions and works with telco, customer, and internal teams to resolve all issues to customer satisfaction.


Additional Skills and expertise for DTAC (Good to have)


  • SDWAN, Security, Cloud, PMP, ITIL Level certification/skills (Good go have)
  • Subject Matter Expert, technical lead for complex networking issues, customer escalations and lead for internal projects and perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) for new products and critical tools
  • Excellent reporting skills and significant level of expertise in the Microsoft Office environment (Power BI, Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
  • Creating DLP/case studies for team and partners which would simplify the process understanding and provide better for customers.
