As a Digital Content Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our digital footprint across various online platforms, including but not limited to, our company Sharepoint site, our website, emails, and social media. You will be responsible for digital document control, content creation, press releases, and optimization of our online visibility and audience engagement. This role requires a creative mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging digital content, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Control documents on company Sharepoint.
  • Collaborate with company stakeholders to develop content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and implement best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing strategies to continuously enhance our content strategy.
  • Manage content calendars, editorial schedules, and content production workflows to ensure timely delivery and consistency across all digital channels.
  • Implement content governance processes and quality standards to maintain brand consistency and compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Expertise in Sharepoint site usage.
  • 2+ years in digital marketing or content creation, management, and optimization, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
  • A portfolio of publications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt content style and tone to different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience with SEO tools and techniques to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure content performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends and technologies.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
