We are searching for a dedicated Client Technical Support Specialist to propel our client relations to new heights.

Your mission with us: As a Client Technical Support Specialist at ThrustMe, you will combine your technical acumen with your exceptional communication skills to ensure our clients receive unparalleled support and service. You will work closely with both our clients and our internal technical teams to troubleshoot, communicate, and resolve issues, ensuring our space propulsion solutions exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Be the primary contact for client communications, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Technical Support: Assist in the technical understanding and troubleshooting of client issues, acting as a bridge between clients and our support team.
  • Feedback Loop: Regularly gather and relay client feedback to the development team, aiding in the continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Client Satisfaction: Proactively manage client expectations and satisfaction, ensuring a positive, lasting relationship with ThrustMe.
  • Process Enhancement: Contribute to the development of new systems and processes to enhance client communication and support.

Ideal Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in client support, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  • Analytical mindset: Analytical thinker with a problem-solving approach.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a bonus.
  • Passion: Passionate about space technology and committed to providing exceptional client service.
