Hiring alert! We're looking for Business Development Manager with 3+ years of experience for Hyderabad location. This is an in-office position, and candidates with one-month notice period are preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales with a focus on the US market.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of company solutions and services.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive client relationships.
  • Prospecting for new leads.
  • Implementing cold outreach campaigns & qualifying potential customers.
  • Overcoming objections and negotiating with leads.
  • Create outbound prospecting processes.
  • Research, track, maintain and update leads.
  • Preparing reports on client interactions, sales activities, and other tasks.
  • Technology savvy, understand how to use social media and other online tools to find prospects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Focused and goal-oriented
