Automation Software Engineer (Kotlin)

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks and infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to to design effective test strategies, identify quality issues and drive resolution.
  • Champion best practices in testing, testability, and maintainability of test suites.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members to foster a culture of quality and excellence.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience as a Automation Software Engineer or similar role.
  • Around 4 years of proficiency in Kotlin.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Espresso or similar.
  • In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, best practices, and tools.
  • Experience with performance testing.
  • Familiarity with CICD systems (GitHub Actions).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
