Role : Active Directory Architect

Location : North Quincy, Massachusetts


Key skills :

Expert in Troubleshooting, configuring & managing Active Directory DS 2019, DFS (DFSR and DFSN), AD FS & AD CS

Responsibility :

Ability to design, maintain and troubleshoot issues specific to SPNs, Conditional access policies

  • Configure and Manage AD FS
  • Strong AD Migration Experience
  • Entra ID connect upgrades, Expert level knowledge on connecters, metaverse and synchronization service
  • Strong knowledge on AD FSMO roles and functional levels
  • Plan, design, troubleshoot DNS and Group Policies
  • Configure and Manage AD DS Sites and Replication
  • Hands-on knowledge in various recovery scenarios of AD, DNS
  • Performance and/or network trace analysis - Troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge in PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Problem determination and resolution within SLA's
  • Should be able to perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents
  • Knowledge in Capacity Planning
  • Handle L2+/L3 technical escalations
  • Ability to acquire new skills & remain updated
  • Ability to quickly analyze & diagnose technical problems
  • Working knowledge on Windows Operating systems
  • L3 level experience on Windows Operating systems
  • Ability to contribute to Problem & change management
  • 24/7 service support ( rotational shifts)
  • Work with Local & Global Teams
