Due to rapid organic growth, we are seeking an Accountant to bolster the finance team based in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be either a recently qualified, or part qualified accountant, with 3+ years of industry experience. The chosen candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. They will have a good attention to detail and will be happy working within a team environment that works largely remotely worldwide, be a motivated self-starter and should be able to demonstrate experience of the core requirements.


  • Responsible for monthly financial close and reporting of smaller entities including Japan, Malaysia, Belgium and Germany, working closely with local finance teams including external accountants and advisers.
  • Responsible for transactional accounting including supplier payment runs, expense processing, sales invoicing, payroll and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Key contact for external providers, including. payroll bureau, tax advisors, local auditors etc.
  • Involvement in other finance reporting e.g. carbon footprint reporting. KPI and management reporting.
  • Involvement and contribution in the implementation of systems and process improvements
  • Business partnering with central departments to assist with managing cost against forecast, and assisting with budgeting.
